BZ² SiteShield™

BZ² SiteShield™ is a compostable protective film system used to safeguard windows, frames, flooring, and finished surfaces during construction and fit-out. It provides reliable surface protection under real site conditions, then breaks down naturally after use, allowing protection waste to be processed directly on site rather than sent to landfill.

BZ² SealCore™

BZ² SealCore™ is a plant-based, compostable inner liner engineered to protect cement from moisture during storage and handling. Designed to replace conventional plastic liners, SealCore™ delivers essential barrier performance while enabling full on-site composting at end of life, eliminating one of construction’s most common single-use plastics.

BZ² SafetyCore™

BZ² SafetyCore™ provides reliable protection for exposed rebar, reducing the risk of injury on active construction sites. Designed for fast installation and secure fitment, it helps maintain safety compliance while keeping work progressing efficiently.

Safer sites. Faster installs. Zero compromise.

BZ² AlignForm™

BZ² AlignForm™ is a range of precision-engineered, plant-based tile spacers and alignment tools. Designed to maintain exact tolerances during installation, AlignForm™ performs like conventional plastic hardware but is compostable at end of life, ensuring even the smallest site components leave no lasting environmental footprint.

BZ² CoreFlow™

Built for the realities of the job site.

The BuildZero application nozzle ensures consistent flow, controlled dispensing, and minimal material waste across every use. Engineered for compatibility with standard cartridges, it supports faster application, cleaner finishes, and improved on-site efficiency.

Reduce waste. Increase precision. Keep the job moving.

BuildZero² enables construction projects to eliminate temporary single-use plastics while supporting LEED v4.1 and BREEAM waste reduction strategies.

  • BuildZero² products replace conventional site plastics, including protective films, packaging, liners, and consumables.
Materials perform like plastic on site, without becoming permanent waste.

  • Materials are used throughout construction as part of normal site operations.
No changes to workflow, no special handling, no added complexity.

  • Once their function is complete, used BuildZero² materials are collected separately on site.
Only compostable materials enter the system, no mixed waste.

  • Collected materials are processed in an on-site industrial composting unit.
Waste is transformed directly on location, eliminating transport and disposal.

  • The composting process produces nutrient-rich fertiliser suitable for landscaping and site greening.

Designed for Circularity

BuildZero² integrates industrial composting directly on construction sites to close the loop on temporary materials. Single-use site plastics replaced by BuildZero² products are collected and processed in on-site composting units, eliminating the need for landfill disposal or off-site transport. The resulting compost is then reused to fertilise project landscaping and green areas, turning unavoidable construction waste into a productive resource while reducing both disposal costs and environmental impact.
